Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

Duration: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00

Pay: $35-$40/hr.

A leading automotive organization is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting while serving as a strategic HR partner to hiring managers across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with leaders, and has a proven track record of filling positions quickly while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of corporate and operational positions
• Maintain recruiting metrics, applicant tracking systems, and hiring reports
• Ensure compliance with employment, immigration, and I-9 requirements
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities
• Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support HR projects, reporting, and organizational initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems

Preferred

• PHR or SHRM certification
• Immigration/visa administration experience
